Liqd Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between the liqd platform and its users. By accessing the liqd.ws website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In this document, "liqd", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the liqd platform. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual registered on or using liqd's services.

"Platform" refers to the liqd.ws website, mobile application, and all services provided by liqd. "Bet" refers to any Sports Betting, casino game, or other wagering activity.

2Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with liqd, you must meet all of the following requirements. If any one of these conditions is not satisfied, you are not eligible to use liqd.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You have never been banned by liqd or any of its affiliated platforms.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

During registration, you will need to provide a valid mobile number or email address. This information will be used for OTP verification and account recovery.

3Account Management

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials — your username and password — with anyone.

Report any unauthorised activity on your account to liqd support immediately. If your account credentials have been compromised or you notice a suspicious login, change your password without delay.

• Accounts are non-transferable.
• Each account may only be operated by one individual.
• An inactivity fee may apply to dormant accounts after 12 months of no activity.
• KYC verification may be required to update personal account information.
• Liqd reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of suspicious activity.

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended. It keeps your account protected against unauthorized access.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Liqd's deposit and withdrawal policy is clear and straightforward. All financial transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

• The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance instantly.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawal amounts may be subject to a maximum limit depending on the deposit method used.
• To prevent money laundering, liqd may request additional documentation.

Liqd never charges users any payment processing fees. However, payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside liqd's control.

5Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on liqd, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in specific circumstances such as a match cancellation or technical error.

• Once a bet is placed, your odds are locked in — even if the odds change afterwards.
• If a match is cancelled, your stake will be automatically refunded.
• The cash-out option is only available on selected events.
• Liqd is not obligated to honor bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market.

There may be delays in bet acceptance during live betting. If the odds change within that delay, liqd will offer the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Liqd's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each offer carries its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

• The welcome bonus is only available after your first deposit.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for a bonus.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus are not met, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• The same person may not claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Liqd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on liqd. Any involvement in these activities will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Opening multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to liqd's systems.
• Intentionally placing hedging bets to fulfil bonus wagering requirements.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Impersonating liqd employees.

Liqd uses advanced technology to detect such activity. If any activity is deemed suspicious, liqd may suspend the account pending investigation.

8Responsible Gaming

Liqd firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a habit. We encourage our users to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set your own limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Bet Limit: Set the maximum amount you wish to place on a single bet.
• Temporary break: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

10Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact liqd Support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

Liqd may close or suspend your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Legal requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.

If your account is closed by liqd, you will receive an email notification stating the reason. The support team will assist with the return of any valid balance.

11Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact liqd's support team in the first instance. In most cases, we are able to resolve issues within 48 hours.

• To file a complaint, email us at support@liqd.ws.
• For bet-related disputes, please include the relevant bet ID and date.
• For payment disputes, please provide the transaction ID and a screenshot.
• Liqd's decisions are considered final, though users retain the right to appeal to the licensing authority.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in courts under the jurisdiction of liqd's licensing authority.

12Changes to Terms

Liqd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of liqd after any changes to the Terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
